The Lewis Landlugger loaders are quick fitting suitable for compact tractors of about 13hp-45hp or more.

After initial fitment the Lewis Loader can be fitted to or removed from the tractor in approximately two minutes, leaving the tractor with only chassis brackets. This is due to the Lewis Quick fit loaders . The Lewis Quick attach buckets makes it very easy to use and makes it possible for an operator to change any loader attachment in minutes.
With 25Q , 35Q , 38Q and 45Q Landlugger Loaders you have the option of standard fit or the Quick Attach system. Both allow you to fit the full range of Lewis loader attachments.

 

 

All Lewis Quick Fit loaders are fitted to the tractor by means of chassis brackets bolted to the tractor. These provide two tubular mounts at the rear and two fixed pins at the front which all stay in place when the loader has been removed. Fitting any Lewis loader to a tractor is a simple process. After driving into the loader and aligning the brackets, the hydraulics are connected. Closing up the loader arm ram will raise the loader frame and locate the fixing points. The loader can then be secured easily by rotating the front fixing mechanism with the handle shown below.

 

 

 
Loader Removal

 

Removal of the loader is the opposite of the fitting procedure and both processes can be completed in less than two minutes.

The standard method of attachment uses pins and linch pins to secure your attachments to the loader. It is suited to environments where the attachment is not frequently changed, ie. for general loader duties.
